finish install of range hood

I've mounted a Cosmo Under Cabinet Range Hood model #UMC30 which does not align with the current duct work. Also, there is a small wooden slat that covers the tiniest bit (1/4 inch?) of the duct opening at the top. See pics. Seeking someone to 1) sand away the small piece of wood so the new duct will align, 2) run the duct from the small output on the UMC30 to the larger output in the ceiling (see pics), and 3) finish the electrical. Electrical already exists, there is a hot wire dangling from ceiling, would need to create an outlet for that to connect to so we can plug in the hood.) You let me know labor cost. I will pay for parts with your help assessing what to purchase, or I will reimburse you for parts. Can send dimensions upon request. Hoping for work on Tuesday 8/24 any time that day.
