Experienced carpenter/handyman needed for quick job!

Hi there! $40 cash for 20 minutes of your time! I need an experienced handyman to attach three long poles securely to my wall, with ballet bar mounting brackets. You will need a very heavy duty power drill to get into the wall, and knowledge of mounting heavy objects into dry wall. Please bring your own tools. I have the brackets, and the heavy duty screws and washers that came with the brackets. When I tried to mount the bars, they wrenched from the wall. I don’t think this is an easy job for a novice or even intermediate handyman- but for someone experienced with drywall it should be straight forward.
