looking to hire a second set of hands for light construction

hi, I am looking to hire a second set of hands for around one of my jobsites for some basic tasks: -removing hardware from doors -removing electrical switch plate covers -installing new door knobs, door stops, etc -jobsite cleanup -removing light fixtures -replace bathroom medicine cabinets -sprinkler repair/troubleshooting -paint prep -etc. If all goes well, I have various other projects/tasks that I could use some help with! I am not looking for a skilled tradesperson, but rather someone who has a good attitude and is a hard worker. I am very easy going, patient and happy to teach along the way so long as I'm working with someone who values my time as well as theirs. Pay is $16-30/hr based on your skills/abilities/your own tools.
