Water, Fire, and Mold Cleanup & Remediation Technician needed: We are a growing restoration company that is looking for the next member of our team. We provide the opportunity for growth for the right individual. We are looking for a person who is honest, reliable, hard-working, efficient, personable, a good listener and communicator who enjoys following a schedule that can change due to an emergency. There is heavy lifting involved and demolition performed, daily monitoring at residential and commercial sites, measuring and sketching of all affected areas. All corporate forms must be completed on a daily basis. Daily logs are required. Individual will need to complete an “Employee Certification Training Program”. Distance to jobs extends within a one hour radius of Pleasanton. Some marketing involved visiting insurance contacts occasionally. We each wear many different hats. We are a company that builds GREAT relationships! MUST have excellent communication skills. MUST have current and valid CA driver’s license with an excellent record. MUST be willing to work nights and weekends if needed. MUST pass a background check. MUST work well with others and independently. MUST work well under pressure. MUST work well with challenging situations. MUST be able to leave job site each day in better condition than when you arrived. MUST be willing to get certified in water restoration and take other valuable courses as needed.
