NEWTON, MA —The Street Chestnut Hill, in partnership with Newton Neighbors Helping Neighbors, is hosting a School Supplies Drive to collect items for local kids in need. The event is being held through Friday, August 27 at several drop-off locations at tThe Street, including Legit Activewear, OddFellows Ice Cream Co., and sukker & sweet. Shoppers can help the cause by donating new or gently used backpacks, graphing calculators, notebooks, pens/pencils, and $25 gift cards to Star Market.
