I'm selling my house and do not have time to sand my floors. They are newly installed, unfinished oak. This is a two day job, only about 600 square feet, $1000 for the two days. I own a Clark floor sander but do not have the sanding pads. I do not own an edge sander. Day 1 would be you using my clark sander to sand 24 grit, then 60 grit, then 90 all 600 square feet. Day two would be to rent an edge sander from Home Depot (I'll pay) then to sand 120 grit the entire floor. Then do the sanding around the edges. I need to apply my floor finish Friday night so it can be cured by Monday. I only have Thursday and Friday to have the floors sanded. Please reply with a bit about you and your experience sanding floors.
