CITY OF BROOKFIELD, WI— The City of Brookfield Common Council will meet on Tuesday to consider an updated proposal for a multi-use building proposal. The proposal which was approved seven years ago has since expired. Richard Conley, the owner, is requesting an updated approval for a new plan for a 17,485 sq. ft., two-story, mixed-use building with underground and surface parking at 3015 N. Brookfield Road, according to online meeting documents. The 2014 plan proposed retail space on the first floor. The updated proposal asks for four apartments on the first floor with retail space. The second floor will have seven apartments and there will be lower-level parking. The Common Council meets at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the City Hall Council Chambers, 2000 North Calhoun Road.
