CHELMSFORD, MA —Health officials closed Heart Pond in Chelmsford Tuesday due to unhealthy water conditions. The lake will remain closed for the entire day Tuesday, August 17 and will be reevaluated Wednesday, August 18. This week marks the second time the lake has been closed this month.
