Accumark, the local leader in parking lot repairs and maintenance is seeking to hire strong, hardworking, individuals who are interested in growing within our organization to fill: TWO POSITIONS 1) An Experienced Concrete and Asphalt Crew Foreman 2) A Concrete and Asphalt Crew Member The Foreman position requires: · Someone who is skilled at planning, coordinating, and leading concrete and asphalt crews, and communicating with clients and inspectors. · Experience forming, pouring, and finishing concrete/asphalt, with attention to detail regarding grade, proper sub-base construction, drainage, and final appearance for various projects including curbs, catch basins, road panels, sidewalks, steps, ADA ramps, patios, potholes and general parking lot and access roadway repairs. · All candidates should have experience leading a team of workers by example and use positive instruction and feedback. The Crew Member position requires: · Experience working outdoors as a laborer using various tools and machinery · Experience working with the projects described above is a plus General requirements for both positions · Experience as a motivational Team Leader or Crew Member · 3 - 5 years experience in the concrete or asphalt sector of the construction industry · Ability to work on either day, night, or weekend projects as needed · Focus on safety and quality · Self-motivated and punctual · Valid driver’s license (CDL and truck driving experience is a plus) · Proficiency in English · Cell phone CompensationWe offer a generous and competitive wage depending on your experience and the position you’re hired for.
