Manassas Robbery Suspects Identified, Wanted By Police

MANASSAS, VA — Two men were identified in connection with a burglary and assault that took place in Manassas last month, according to the Prince William County Police Department. The men face several charges, but police have been unable to locate them. Authorities identified the men as Dimitrie Donnell Eaton and Terrell Majid Kelly of Reston and Manassas respectively. The police department first received a report of the armed burglary around 6:42 p.m. on July 7. Officers then responded to the Westgate Apartments on Portsmouth Road to investigate. When officers arrived on the scene, residents of the apartment said that four armed men forced their way into the apartment. One of the apartment's residents had opened the front door after hearing a knock, according to the police report. During the encounter, the armed suspects assaulted a victim, who police identified as an 18-year-old man. They also took a cell phone, shoes, and money before leaving the apartment, police said.The victim reported minor injuries from the assault, according to police. Authorities also emphasized that the incident does not appear to be random. Authorities have now identified Eaton and Kelly as two of the suspects, but the investigation is still active as they attempt to identify the remaining suspects. Eaton is wanted for two counts of robbery, two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felony, and burglary. He is described as a Black man with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos. He is about 6 feet tall, and weighs about 160 pounds. Kelly is wanted for robbery, burglary, and assault. Police said he is a white man with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds.
