Why you should apply to be a Winery Workers: • $18.50/hour for all shifts • $1000 sign-on bonus -$500 after 30 days -$500 after 90 days Shifts: (Must be flexible as preferred shift may not be available) 1st Shift: 7am to 3:30pm 2nd Shift:4pm to 12:30am 3rd Shift: 12am to 8:30pm What’s a typical day as a Winery Worker? You’ll be: • Supports the operation of white and red grape receiving equipment, as well as cleaning equipment. • Performs tank washing line and equipment sanitation, including confined space entry. • • Performs work order entry into WineManager and AMS. • Ensures all additions to juice or wine are made per the work orders. • Engages in general wine production functions such as red and white juice racking, supporting fermentation process, additions, sanitation, etc. • Ensures accurate wine measurements and record keeping. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, OR Prior Gallo seasonal work experience eligible for re-hire • Must be able to complete an online application, standard background, and drug screen. • Ability to lift up to 30-60 lbs • The position requires seasonal availability for a seven-day workweek (8 - 12 hours per day). • Required at times to climb to elevated heights of forty (40) feet, for jobs located on the tank tops. • Have Shift flexibility What happens next Once your interest is expressed, by emailing or texting our recruiter Erica Tejeda, please expect a phone call to go over the hiring details.
