Please join us for a moment of silence in our sanctuary in the city. These busy times call for moments of silence to gather our thoughts, calm down, pray and feel inspiration in a safe and sacred environment. The Kadampa temple in Ballard will be open to the general public for two hours of total silence in the building. Prepare to turn off your phone, quiet your mind and let some time pass in silence. Come for as long or as short as you like. There is no charge. Everyone welcome!
