Press release from Spring Independent School District: August 16, 2021 Spring ISD is partnering with Houston Medical ER and Inspire Health to offer free COVID-19 testing and vaccine sites to the district's students, staff and community.  Starting on Monday, Aug. 16, Inspire Health mobile testing units will be at the following campuses, Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Westfield High School (16713 Ella Blvd., Houston, TX 77090) Spring High School (19428 Interstate 45 North, Spring, TX 77373) Inspire Health plans to expand location options in the near future. Additionally, Houston Medical ER (2306 Rayford Road, Spring, TX 77386) also is providing free vaccines and testing, Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and Saturday (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.). To expedite testing, staff members may pre-register beforehand through the link that will be available on the employee portal, but pre-registration is not required.
