Too many animals are getting killed at Fresno CCSPCA no more.. City of Fresno is as guilty as them. Owner surrenders if a dog or cat is not cute it's put down right away if it it's shy or any other issue. Stray pets only get 5 days if not cute they are put down too. We are rescues begging for them to let us save them. They rather killed than give it to us. Please join us for the ones cannot speak for themselves. We have many proofs
