Established property management is seeking a Full-time Carpenter for various renovation sites in the Sacramento area and greater Sacramento area. Minimum Qualifications: 3 year in finish carpentry or trade school/apprenticeship Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw. Possession of basic hand tools and reliable truck. Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 60 pounds. Knowledge of lumber grades Able to travel to sites within Sacramento & greater Sacramento area. Some of the Responsibilities' include: Gathering of necessary materials Cutting and installing insulation Drywall work Hanging doors (hung and pre-hung) Building walls - Interior & exterior Building/Rebuilding patios and balconies Getting needed permits
