Press release from the City of Coppell: August 9, 2021 We sincerely thank the Texas Book Festival and the Texas Library Association for selecting the Cozby Library and Community Commons to receive a 2021 Texas Book Festival ($2500) Collections Enhancement Grant! This grant will help us purchase more VOX books and start a collection of Wonderbooks. VOX books are picture books with built-in audio and the Wonderbooks are chapter books with built-in audio.
