We are looking to build a new crew and are in need of a Solar Installation Team Leaders, experienced crew members and laborers. In this position you will be part of an installation crew that ensures the safe, high-quality, and timely installations of residential solar systems. Solar Installation experience is necessary for the lead position. Some construction experience is preferred but not required for the crew members. Responsibilities: Professional customer interaction Efficiently layout and install complete solar PV system Assemble and install all racking, panels, and system components Track build hours Documentation and reporting of all job details as required Clean up of job site Qualifications: Experience installing residential solar projects preferred but not mandatory Experience with installations on various roof types preferred General understanding of common building materials and techniques Proficient with safety equipment Strong sense of quality workmanship Strong commitment to job site safety and efficiency Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and independently Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to work in extreme environments Must be able to climb ladders and work on multiple story homes Must have a valid state driver's license Reliable transportation Provide basic hand tools necessary for system installation Many opportunities to advance!
