This couch is clean, comfortable, and in great condition. couch is made of suede leather. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to get rid of it and I have tenants inside the house that want it gone. Not only can you have the couch, I will pay you to pick it up. Also I’d ask that you take the wood scraps also in the front yard. Both the couch and the wood scraps are out front. You can’t miss them. I will pay you $50. i’m not sure exactly how tp do this, but I’m thinking I’ll pay you $25 when you arrive and $25 when you leave with the couch and scraps.
