High: 77, low: 68. Here are the top stories today in San Diego: More than 1.9 million ballots for the Sept. 14 gubernatorial recall election have been sent to registered voters in San Diego County. Early voting is underway at the Registrar of Voters office in Kearny Mesa. (San Diego Patch)The median sales price of an existing single-family home in San Diego County declined from June to July but is up from July 2020.
