Journey: A Unique Grief Support Group

Legacy Family Services is once again presenting a unique grief support group, designed especially for those who have lost a loved one to COVID or to a sudden event. These kinds of losses can cause grief reactions more intense than usual, with issues that are more difficult to resolve. A support group is especially valuable because the other group members can provide you with special understanding. The group is led by a retired therapist and a social worker who are both experienced and trained in bereavement and PTSD. Dates: Sept. 27 - Nov. 15, 2021, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Cost: $20 for entire series. Pre-registration is required, as group members must have suffered their loss prior to June 27, 2021.
