I am looking to hire someone to assist me in rental unit make ready's. This person will need to know how to replace as well as wire in a new a light fixture or outlet, install kitchen or bathroom cabinets, build or repair steps and decks, install and finish drywall, replace plumbing & fixtures, lay down underlayment - level and install vinyl plank & vinyl sheet floors. looking for someone to start as soon as Wednesday Aug 18. All supplies will be provided you should have your own basic hand tools.
