Description
We are seeking an Architectural Designer for our fast-paced, high-end, custom-home construction client, located near Conway, NH. It is preferred that this person work remotely, though site visits and in-person meetings will be required so candidates need to be in the New England area.
This person will be part of the total design-construction process and will work closely with the team, developing creative design concepts for projects, coordinating with Project Managers through all phases of design, and preparing construction documents. Projects range from extensive renovations, new builds and energy-efficient construction.
Must have outstanding quality design, communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, attention to detail and computer skills such as AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and/or SketchUp Pro. Revit is a plus, but will train a strong candidate. Must also have knowledge of codes.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minimum of three years of related work experience. AIA license is preferred. Company encourages the pursuit of the AIA license and will pay for ongoing AIA license costs and professional memberships.
