M here looking to trade wood work or more, with another M Your wood should be clean, good looking and in good shape as is mine. Age is pretty open. My wood is 46 yrs old, but looks newer. Your wood needs to be 18 to 60 ish. Clean hard wood that needs polishing is great, and knowing how to polish wood is too.
