Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess: High School Diploma. Excellent written and oral communication skills; a keen eye for detail; strong analytical and problem solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. This position requires the management of multiple projects simultaneously, working independently, and as part of a team. Candidates must therefore excel at organizing and prioritizing work.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: phone reception; receiving and directing visitors; interacting with donors; maintaining fundraising database; producing thank-you letters for donations; producing reports; processing credit card payments; reconciling donations with business office; scheduling and participating in committee meetings; taking meeting minutes; timekeeping and payroll; receiving and distributing mail; filing; volunteer intake; and duties as assigned in preparation for and during all fundraising events.
Schedule
M-F 8:30-5:00 (occasional evenings and weekends for committee meetings and fundraising events)
Salary
Salary range: $24,000 - $28,000, depending on experience
