PERKASIE, PA — A Perkasie resident was treated for a "graze wound" after he was shot by his neighbor late Saturday night, according to a Bucks County official.
Perkasie police were called around 11:30 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 200 block of Marshall Street, where they found a man who said he was shot in the leg by another man, who was still at the home, according to a news release.
He was taken to Grand View Hospital in Sellersville to be treated for a "graze wound" and later released, Bucks County District Attorney's Office spokesman Manuel Gamiz Jr. told Patch on Tuesday.
The man who allegedly fired the gun was detained shortly after the Saturday night shooting, according to police. No charges have been filed against him as of Tuesday morning, pending further investigation and review by the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
The two men are neighbors, Gamiz said.
