Looking for general labor help for a business doing irrigation. We are mostly a irrigation business who also occasionally does pavers and some landscape install work form time to time to keep us busy. You do not need experience but must be able to show up everyday and not be afraid of a hard days work in the Florida sun. It’s not for everybody. If you have experience that’s a plus and will earn you more money depending on your skill set. There is room for a good crew leader I have yet to find anyone capable and with such work ethic to be one. I get it the blue collar worker is a dying breed and no one wants to put in a hard honest days work. If you’re out there and reading this and think you can be a good fit and are not afraid to learn a trade and make a living please respond. I would love to talk with you. Pay is $15/hr for laborers and can go up from there the right skill sets and work ethic could be as high as $25/hr just like anything in life it’s where ever you wanna take it. We have been in business 5 years and are growing everyday. I’m a small family type business trying to build something. Biggest hurtle for growth has been trying to find good workers. This could be someplace someone could really grow and create a nice living even some level of ownership one day. That’s all up to the person. Look forward to hearing from you
