Lead Guitar with Vocals Needed

Description
We are a four piece band looking for a lead guitar player who can sing leads or back up. The band has been together for about four years and have played many places in the valley. We get along and the chemistry is easy going and fun. We have about 40 songs that are not the usual bar songs. We are playing out a least twice a month and just got a "house band" offer and so the new guitar player will have to come to speed as soon as possible and be willing to possibly play every Friday night. If you can't sing please do not reply. We have auditioned several guitar players who either don't learn the songs or don't have the drive to be in a band. If you are committed to other bands or are not available to play out please don't answer this ad. www.townsfolkcollective.com is our site. We play (and I hope I can remember them all) the following... so go do some listening. Your guitar playing should be versatile and progressive and not geared at just one style. In Your Eyes (Jeffery Gains version) Kansas City (New basement tapes) Message in a Bottle (Police) Dirty Works (Steely) Walk on the Ocean (Toad the Wet sprocket) Dreams (Fleetwood Mac) Everybody wants to rue the world (Tears for Fear) Give a little bit (Supertramp) Let it ride (Ryan Adams) Boom Like That (Mark Knopfler) Windows are rolled down (Amos Lee) Scare Easy (Mudcrutch) Things Happen (Dawes) Crash (Dave MAtthews BAnd) Tim Reynolds part You and Me (DMB) Tim Reynolds part Follow you Down (The Calicos) Love is Everywhere (Wilco) Sail Away (David Gray) Crazy Little thing called love (Queen) Long December (Counting Crows) Wildflowers (Tom Petty) Rocket Man (Elton) Lights (Journey) Take it on the Run (REO) Fake Plastic Trees (Radiohead) One (U2) Shape of my Heart (Sting) Seven Days (Sting) Come Together (The Beatles) many more. I put this list for a reason. It will give you some insight as to what we are playing and you can decide to answer based on our style of songs and not expect to play other songs styles. If you are good we'll definitely play anything that sounds killer. A lot of theses songs require playing in the pocket and not just a wall of sound so we are looking for a guitarist who wants to be part of a band and not blow everyone away. If you work well with others, I'd like to hear from you. If you don't please do NOT answer this ad. Rather play with no lead than have someone who can't get along with others. Check your schedule if you are open to play in a band too. Peace,
