Press release from the City of Campbell: August 12, 2021 According to the Common Ground Alliance, two out of five homeowners dig without contacting 811 first, putting themselves and the surrounding community at risk. Various utility lines run underground including water, electric, gas, communications and sewer lines. Hitting these lines can result in dangerous outcomes and can be expensive to repair.
