need new mechanic

i need someone who has the code reader for this van. the engine is missing and i want to fix. the last mechanic said he replaced the number 3 and number 5 injectors. he also removed the fuse to the engine light and said it was fixed. So now the light is back on, I can smell gas, the engine runs rough and keeps stalling out. this is all new. already have enough guesses see number above. i am hard of hearing so either text number or leave message please someone help i am disabled but able to pay reasonable fee to fix. by the way the last mechanic's name is REX ROY ADAMS AND HE STOLE $1,000 FROM ME ALONG WITH MY WALKER AND PHONE.
