CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte police are asking for the community's help locating a 39-year-old Charlotte man who has not been seen by his family in a week. Brian John Kemppainen was last seen Aug. 10 around 7:30 a.m. near his home in the 7700 block of Wingmont Drive in north Charlotte. He is believed to be driving a black 2013 Harley-Davidson FLS Softtail Slim motorcycle with North Carolina license plate 6Z9083, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said in a statement. He was also last seen wearing a red shirt and khaki shorts. CMPD said anyone with information on Kemppainen's whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
