Competitive compensation and benefits package include: Matching 401(k) planMedical, Dental VisionBasic Life InsurancePaid Time Off / Holiday'sOn-site gym facility with personal trainer, at no cost and more!!!The Details…Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor/maintain assigned accounts and actively pursue reduction of delinquencyContact assigned accounts via telephone or email to obtain payment on past due amounts in accordance with collections policyProvide customers (B2B - Property & Casualty Insurers) with account balance information including detailed balance statementsDocument call results, including the disposition of calls, customer payment agreements, payment plans and other resultsSupport multiple accounts focusing on maintaining customer relationshipPrepare and maintain reporting to track progress Qualifications: 1-3 years high volume Business to Business experience, 1st Party Collections experience1-3 years high volume Property and Casualty Insurance experienceStrong propensity toward supporting a team environmentEffective time management skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environmentStrong attention to detail with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, goal-oriented, organized and take pride in their workIntermediate Excel skills including experience with using pivot tables and v lookupEffective problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time efficiently WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays thru Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pmSchedule may change according to business operational needs.
