Berkeley, California (Friday, August 13, 2021) - Berkeleyans can make their home safer by getting rid of paint, fuels, electronics and other household hazardous waste and dropping it off for free at an Oakland site near San Leandro.
Untended chemicals can pose a danger to people, animals and your property. Take advantage of this opportunity close to home.
This event, which is being coordinated by StopWaste.org, is open only to Alameda County residents. Businesses can take part in other programs.
If you cannot make the one-day event, find a drop-off location that's convenient to you.
