I was trying to catch a black dog with multiple collars or possibly choke chain?? He was thirsty and running out of energy. I got him away from I25. Last seen East side of RR tracks near Polk St. Possibly running down tracks or he cut off South of Polk and Steel Dr. Time 17:05
