My front door sticks and rubs and is hard to open. I think the bottom may have gotten bent somehow, not really sure. I would like not to have to push it really hard for it to open. Probably a very easy, quick fix. I also have a heavy mirror on my wall I would like moved down about 5 inches. This will require some patching on the wall as it is suspended by a large piece that needs to move with it. Will pay $50 + any material cost. Thanks
