The Think Mill is a startup collective of events and entertainment based businesses. Our events range from weddings, private parties, company events, etc… and we offer various services and products such as; DJs, live music, photo booths, etc… We are looking for a reliable, fun, and technical person to assist at our events. Our Event Assistants represent our brands and are also trained to put their best foot forward. Ideally, you are someone who loves the events industry and working with people. You understand the physical and hard work that may come with working in events, but you love the energy and atmosphere of it all. Requirements : Technical experience (knowing how to set up speakers, some lighting equipment, Dj set up, etc) Production experience is helpful Audio experience is a bonus! You must have a car you are comfortable transporting gear with Must be able to work weekends Responsibilities Assisting DJ's; You will be assisting our DJ's at the events in setting up their gear and working with the DJ to ensure the event is running smoothly Event Gear: You will be helping to setup other production equipment such as cold sparklers, lightings, turntables, DJ sets, etc. that we need for our events Photobooth Attendant; You will be managing our photo booth at events to give guests at the events a great experience. Great communication; You will be coordinating with our Events team and expected to work well with all the vendors at our events. Not only are you working with our team, but the vendors at the events. Travelling; We have events mainly in LA but also all around Southern California. You will need to drive to our office to pick up the gear, drive to the event, then back to our office to return the gear. To apply, please submit this form:
