Found black cat South of Joplin

? Don't know the area but this black cat is very friendly, may be lost or dumped. At the Dollar general store parking lot South of Petro truck stop headed toward Seneca. Long haired, yellow eyes, pink flea collar. Doesn't look fully grown. Sweet cat, please come get her/him before the traffic does.
