We are seeking a qualified individual to join our janitorial team! The ideal candidate is able to perform commercial janitorial duties for a medium-sized office park (10 buildings, 2 floors / 4 restrooms each building). Must have a good work ethic, great attitude, reliable transportation AND be within 15 minutes of Southfield. Does this sound like you? Duties to Include (but not limited to): - Cleaning & Restocking Restrooms - Cleaning Lobbies & Common Areas - Vacuuming, Mopping, Spot-Cleaning - Emptying Tenant Trash Containers - Emptying Outdoor Trash Containers (2 per bldg) - All Trash to Dumpster (on-site) All supplies provided by employer. Applicant Requirements: - Janitorial experience (preferably commercial/medical/office) - Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team - Cannot have another full-time job - Must have reliable transportation - Must live within 15 minutes of Southfield - Must be willing to submit to a background check The right candidate will train with our current janitorial staff and then split the work between staff members. 5 day work-week: Monday – Friday *OR* Monday – Thursday plus Saturday or Sunday 15-20 hrs/week All interested applicants should respond directly to this ad with a resume and/or work history.
