We are a regional preservation company in need of crews to perform initial secures, property condition bids, maintenance and grass cuts on foreclosed properties. This may include trash-outs, winterizations, de-winterizations, roof patching and inspections, damage reporting, tree trimming, mold treatment and lawn maintenance. Immediate work is available (initial secure and lawn maintenance). Therefore, you must complete the subcontractor onboarding documentation to receive work from us ASAP. Additionally, you must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting as well as be willing to learn how to use PRUVAN. We are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Individuals who are not serious about having work done efficiently and on time need not respond. We do have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties, so mediocrity won't work! We are a good company who only wants good contractors. You must have your own tools, trailer, equipment, P&P supplies (i.e. locks), etc. You will be working on foreclosed homes, usually with no utilities, so a generator is imperative. Payment terms: Compensation is net 30 (industry standard). However, if you complete the onboarding process and the securing, with proper photo capture, within the next day or two, your pay will be IMMEDIATE upon successful inspection by our Field Manager. If you choose to remain on our team, our regular payroll payments are twice monthly (15th & 30th) and are direct deposit. RESPOND TO OUR TEAM TODAY!!
