Job Title: Project Manager/Superintendent Schedule Type: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (hour lunch) Weekly hours: 40+ Location: Miramar Our company has an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Superintendent. We are a general contractor within the insurance restoration industry. We have experienced continued growth over the past 16 years with no down time. Experience: -10 years of construction experience required. - Veterans preference. Responsibilities: - Must have a thorough understanding of field work in multiple trades. - Work closely with Job Estimators, Customer Service Representatives, In-House Technicians, Insurance Adjustors and Subcontractors. - Maintaining a positive attitude and tone in communication with clients and co-workers. - Positively represent our Company. -Research of customer issues, communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues, inquiries and complaints. - Provide management feedback on performance and on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes. - This position requires compliance with all Insurance regulatory requirements and compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. - Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents. Required Skills/Competencies: 2+ years customer service experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated customer service skills Physical Requirements: - Ability to move 25+ pounds - Ability to operate a moving vehicle and must have reliable transportation - Ability to stand/sit/walk for 6-8 hours a day Preferred Skills: - Bi-lingual skills - 20/20 cabinet design Principals only.
