I Found a Kitty in my Garden

Someone threw away a perfectly good kitty. He was skinny and hungry, but desperately wants love and attention. He will wait in the rain for me to come out to pet him. Guessing he's about a year old. He's been in my back yard for about a month. I can't take him in my house because I have four rescues inside. I'm full up and hope that someone will take pity on this poor little guy who wants petted before food.
