Rehoming - 4-yr-old 65-lb dog - WELL trained and MUCH loved!!

We need to rehome our 4-yr-old "Baja Blend" dog. THE GOOD: He is very well trained, does not jump on furniture, LOVES kids and adults, he loves playing fetch w/ a tennis ball, loves the beach and going places (like camping). He has completed a 6-week training course so walks well on a leash and has great manners indoors. He lives well with our other small dog, and two young-ish kids. He is up to date with all his vaccines. The BAD: He has a strong prey instinct and will always want to chase a squirrel/cat/skunk. He can be territorial at our house. He does not like big, white male labs (prob because our neighbor has one and they do not like each other). Because kids are always running around our home he can sometimes escape and has gotten into trouble. Last week he attacked the neighborhood cat that had walked into our yard. This was not his fault, but damage is done and it's too stressful for us to keep him safe. He needs a home with a secure yard or at least better situated so he can't see every temptation walking by out the front window. If you are wanting to take in our wonderful pet, please let me know. We are not asking for any "fees", just some reassurance that our pet can have the stress-free life he deserves.
