Trump wants to pull all U.S. troops out of Afghanistan by 2020... Trump pulled the troops with his fake peace agreement.(An old Hitler trick used by the apprentice Trump). Republicans try to blame Joe for this because they can't admit that their fat, orange man/child screwed this Country up for generations. Trump aborted the Pandemic team that Joe help create because it had Obamas name on it. But Trump is so dimwitted and blank of thought he didn't replace it. The pandemic team would have stopped the Trump virus in its tracks. Trump destroyed the economy before the pandemic, but tries to blame China as he is unable to accept any responsibility because he is only a child and does not know any better.
