Awe-Centered Coaching + Conversation

Description
I'm in the process of starting a business based on a simple premise: hosting meaningful conversations and group experiences in awe-inspiring surroundings. Having the experience of awe in nature benefits us mentally, physically, and emotionally. It makes us more likely to build strong connections with other people. It makes us more humble, generous, and kind. It makes us feel like a part of something greater. It makes us more able to process the vast amounts of information that we consume every day and more able to change our minds when the information supports it. It reduces stress and inflammation and makes us feel time-affluent. In a world increasingly defined by burnout, disconnection, and crisis, experiencing awe gives us what we need to live interconnected and well. I am offering coaching + conversation for individuals or groups of up to 3 people, where we talk as we walk around one of the many awe-inspiring, beautiful places in Portland. My favorite is Mt. Tabor, with so many amazing views, but I'm happy to travel. For now, we'll stay in public parks, and sessions can range from 1-4 hours. In time, I plan to offer overnight/wilderness immersion experiences. My background is in leadership development, ranging from small tech startups to global nonprofits and from business development to retail management and HR. I am empathetic, supportive, and non-judgmental. I believe everyone deserves work that stirs them to life. We can discuss specific work challenges you are currently facing or broader efforts to align work with your values and purpose. I will always advocate for awe and reciprocity, but I don't bring a personal or political agenda to these conversations. I will do my best to be helpful within any topic or frame. No payment required, but donations suggested. Anything you contribute will go toward realizing the dream of a nature-immersive, awe-centered business! Please email with questions, or interest, or to schedule a session for this Friday-Sunday, Aug 20-22.
