Under the direction of the Maintenance Services Supervisor, this role is responsible for accomplishing the day-to-day maintenance and operations services to include the upkeep of the building and grounds, installation, maintenance, maintaining and repairing of electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems on all facility machines, equipment, and buildings. May be required to perform purchasing and inventory of maintenance parts & supplies and successfully negotiate and interact with suppliers, customers, manufacturers, and internal department personnel. The work requires a range of competencies in a variety of trades such as plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, concrete, carpentry, grounds maintenance and gardening. The work is of a broad range and general nature. The Maintenance Worker position is expected to promote safe, clean and well-structured environment for clients and employees. The Maintenance Worker may be required to perform tasks which involve exposure to dangerous equipment and must follow the required procedures for handling, cleaning, or moving of objects/materials and /or cleanup of materials. This position also requires physical capabilities to perform job duties, flexibility in schedule and ability to work in a variety of conditions and multiple environments. The Maintenance Worker ensures compliance with department protocols, policies, guidelines, and facility standards. Work Schedule: • Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday • Availability some weekends and holidays • Shifts may vary depending on workload demands Job Requirements: • Must pass pre-employment physical examination, physical abilities testing, TB testing • Designated Drug/Alcohol Testing required • Able to successfully pass a criminal background Investigation (DOJ/FBI) • Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination Please email your resume to [email protected]
