Property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 49 unit apartment building in downtown LA DUTIES: -Turning units for new tenants -Painting, drywall repair, fixing/installing light fixtures, installing brand new appliances -Plumbing -Electrical MUST HAVES: -3-5 years of experience as a maintenance tech -Experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry -Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines -Detailed-oriented and organized JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $20 p/h -Typical work week from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm -This is a long term position References & background checks will be required
