The Mobile Home Park Maintenance Employee will assist and support in the required property management maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property.
**MUST be reliable and available to work part time Monday through Friday, lock up clubhouse 7 days a week, and live onsite. Job suited for single person or couples. **
Some Job duties include:
• Clean buildings and ground areas
• Regular inspection of all streets and walkways of trash and debris
• Clean common area facilities including the around clubhouse, restrooms, and pool area.
• Inspect streetlights on a weekly basis
• Remove all graffiti as soon as it happens
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Open Clubhouse at 9am and close clubhouse at 10pm
Skills required:
• High attention to detail
• Time management skills
• General maintenance skills
• Maintenance and repair experience in a Mobile home park or apartment setting.
Compensation:
$15.00 an hour + Partial housing in a one-bedroom apartment.
