POSITION SUMMARY Our Supply technician supports our sales force by ordering, shipping, and maintaining Company sales materials. You would be required to perform the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Store supplies in stockroom shelves, bins, and storage areas. • Maintain supply inventory and perform periodic inventory analysis. • Ability to work professionally with management and peers. • Ship and receive orders of inventory supplies, sales materials, and paperwork. • Utilize UPS, Fed Ex, and Golden State to ship and receive orders daily. • Send ordered items to addressees in a timely fashion. • Participate in general inventories. • Training / Conference room setup/ breakdown & clean-up. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You would be required to perform duties with minimal supervision. In addition to: • Being willing to continually implement established Company procedures. • Utilize common sense in all activities/decisions. • Present a clean and neat appearance. • Maintain an organized and tidy work area. • Manage time effectively. • Maintain a professional attitude in all matters. • Be willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately with a degree of flexibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general educational development (GED), or any related experience and/or training of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
