We are seeking an experienced animal groomer with a strong love for animals and a great personality that is committed to work at Ken Neill kennels. If you have a heart and passion for animals this is the job for you. This position requires an active person with multi-tasking skills at a high energy level. Most of your time will be spent on your feet & active. We are a fast paced, high volume Grooming Salon. required • Minimum 3-5+ years of grooming experience is a must (haircut/grooming with clippers and scissors) • Ability to perform basic breed cuts/baths • Bathe your own dogs • Love dogs and are able to handle all types of dogs/conditions (puppies, senior, misbehaved, medical issues) • Have own grooming tools/equipment and in good working order • Have a great attitude, be punctual, respectful, patient, reliable and have a professional demeanor • Must keep a clean and safe work environment • May be required to lift up to 60lbs or more • Required to bend or stand on feet for periods of time • Have Reliable transportation • Saturday’s and Sunday’s are a must • Be able to communicate with customers in a professional & friendly manner • A team player gets along with others and follows direction • Most of all you must be an animal lover + Cat grooming experience is a plus Give us a call to find out more details and set up and interview Full-time, Part-time
