Looking for a solo musician / band who wants a lock-out style rehearsal studio to play music. The availability is extremely flexible (booked via google calendar) and the room is inside a 24h secure rehearsal facility with plenty of parking onsite. There is a PA system in the space and some shared backline as well. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
