Wood Fire Pizza Chef/Cook for an event!

Hello, we have a wood fire pizza oven and are hoping to find somebody who can help us run the pizza oven during some parties. We have a party on Labor Day at 4 PM and are hoping to find somebody that can help us for that party and future parties. We will supply all of the dough and the door will be rolled out and ready to go. We really just need somebody to put on the toppings which will also be provided by us and get the pizzas in the oven and served. The oven hold two pizzas and they they take approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Wow two pizzas are cooking the next two pizzas need to be prepared. We will have the coals ready and the pizza oven ready to go it is really just managing the pizzas and taking them in and out. Please let me know if you have experience in this and if you are available on Labor Day! Thank you.
